🔥 Art Guidelines (Read This First)

We don’t mess around with subpar files or copyrighted material you don’t own. Want your gear to look clean, bold, and badass? Follow these rules to a T.

File Requirements

  • ONLY Vector Files Are Accepted
We burn with lasers, not crayons. Your art must be in vector format — that means .AI, .EPS, or .SVG files.
No JPEGs. No PNGs. No screenshots. If it's pixel-based, it’s trash for our process.

  • Convert Text to Outlines
If you’re sending vector art with fonts, convert all text to outlines. If you don’t, and we don’t have the font, your design’s getting jacked up — and that’s on you.

  • Fine Lines? Forget It.
Tiny, delicate lines won’t always show up when laser-etched into leatherette.
Stick to bold, clean line work for the best results.
    Think billboard, not blueprint.

Patch Type Guidelines

Leatherette Patches

  • Single Color Only
There’s no color party here. What you see is what you get — laser-etched tone-on-tone.
Make your design count in contrast and composition.

  • No Shading, No Gradients
This isn’t Photoshop. Keep it crisp.

Acrylic Patches

  • Color Selection Is Locked
Your art must use only the available colors listed in the product description.
No substitutions. No color matching. You pick from what’s there or it doesn’t fly.

  • Flat, Solid Colors Only
No gradients, no halftones, no soft effects. Clean vector fills only.

PVC Patches

  • Maximum of 6 Colors
That's including the background. If you send us a rainbow, we’ll toss it in the trash.

  • Vector-Based Art Only
Spot colors, no gradients, no effects. PVC is all about bold, raised lines and clean fills.

  • Keep It Thick
Just like leatherette, avoid thin lines and tiny text. They don’t mold well and you’ll end up disappointed.

Legal Disclaimer

We’re not your lawyer, but we do know this:

  • You must own, or have a release to use, any copyrighted material.

  • If you send us trademarked or copyrighted art without permission, we will reject it faster than a vegan at a Texas BBQ.

  • That includes logos, character art, memes, slogans — anything that isn’t 100% yours.

Want to use a sports team, movie quote, or brand logo? Don’t. Just don’t.

Tips for Awesome Results

  • Design Bold. Thin lines and small text will get lost — go big and loud.

  • Contrast Is King. High contrast = high impact.

  • Proof Twice, Submit Once. We use what you send — typos, spacing, and all. No edits unless you pay us to fix it.

If you're not sure your artwork is up to spec, reach out before placing your order. We’d rather guide you than see your patch end up in the reject bin.
