Which vector files can I upload for custom patches?

With No logo help selected, upload an AI, SVG, or vector PDF file. A PDF containing a photo or screenshot is not vector artwork. If you have a JPG, PNG, or photo, select Basic or Complex logo help above and upload your current logo.

What if my logo isn’t vector?

Wrong file? We can fix that. Select Basic logo help ($65) or Complex logo help ($125), then upload your JPG, PNG, or existing artwork. Basic covers clean text and simple shapes; Complex covers detailed artwork or an involved redraw. One fee per design, purchased with your patches. We will contact you before proceeding if the file needs a different level of help.

Should I choose custom PVC or leatherette patches?

PVC gives your logo bold color and raised detail. Leatherette gives it a clean, laser-engraved finish. Compare the material samples above, or put Liberty to the test with a free welcome kit.

What quantities can I order for each patch material?

Choose a quantity shortcut or enter your exact quantity. Order any whole number from 50 to 5,000 PVC patches, or 12 to 5,000 leatherette patches. Pricing updates automatically using the highest volume price break your quantity reaches. Your finished patch size also affects the price.

How do patch size and quantity affect my price?

Custom pricing depends on your patch material, finished width and height, and quantity. Enter your dimensions in inches and choose a quantity to see the price for your selection. If the page requests a quote for your selection, contact us for help.

Do I need a wholesale account to order?

Wholesale pricing is shown upfront. No application or paid membership required. Create a free Liberty account to keep your order history in one place.

Are UV printed, woven, and embroidered patches available?

UV Printed, Woven, and Embroidered patches are coming soon. They cannot be selected or purchased yet. Choose custom PVC or leatherette to place an order now.

Can I buy premade patches without uploading a logo?

Yes. Custom patches use your vector artwork. Premade patches use existing designs, so you can choose an available product without uploading a custom logo.

How long does production take?

PVC: 4–6 weeks. Leatherette: 2–3 business days. These are production estimates; artwork preparation and shipping transit are separate. Have an in-hand deadline? Confirm timing with Liberty before ordering.

Need logo help?

Basic logo help: $65 for text and simple shapes. Complex logo help: $125 for detailed artwork and involved redraws. One fee per design. Files you receive: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG and PNG.
