You do not need a wholesale application, approval process, or paid membership to see Liberty pricing. Print shops, embroidery businesses, hat makers, and apparel decorators can build an order online.

Choose how your shop orders

• Custom patches with your logo: select PVC or leatherette, enter your finished dimensions and quantity, then upload vector artwork or add logo help.
• Premade patches: choose an existing design and the pack or patch quantity shown. No custom logo upload is needed.
• Free Liberty welcome kit: request premade Liberty-branded PVC and leatherette samples to evaluate in your business. One kit per business, free US shipping, and email signup required.

Know your minimum and production timing

Custom PVC starts at 50 patches. Custom leatherette starts at 12. Enter any whole quantity up to 5,000 in the builder; the price updates using the volume break your order reaches and your finished patch size.

Standard production is 4–6 weeks for custom PVC and 2–3 business days for custom leatherette. Artwork preparation and shipping transit are separate. For a hard in-hand deadline, contact Liberty before ordering.
